In one line

At Par keeps your Saudi company's books closed and reconciled, prepares your VAT returns and your Zakat and corporate-tax filings, and answers your finance questions — with a qualified accountant (ACCA) accountable. It works on top of the ZATCA-compliant invoicing you already use. At Par prepares and reconciles; you authorize and file. It never moves your money.

What At Par handles for you.

Now ZATCA sees every invoice — does your VAT return match your books?

This is the question that matters after e-invoicing. ZATCA now receives your invoices in real time, so your filed VAT return has to reconcile to the books behind it.

When your VAT return and your financial statements don't reconcile, questions follow. At Par keeps them agreeing every period — invoices, bank, ledger and return — so what you file matches what ZATCA already sees. Organised for auditor review, not assembled in a scramble.

Which ZATCA e-invoicing wave are you in — and who checks the books behind it?

Phase 2 (Integration) rolls out in waves. Wave 24 (turnover above SAR 375,000) integrated by 30 June 2026; Wave 25, announced 24 July 2026, now reaches turnover above SAR 187,500, with a 1 February 2027 deadline — so nearly every VAT-registered business is in scope.

At Par is not an e-invoicing provider. Your invoicing system — QuickBooks, Xero, Wafeq, Qoyod or another ZATCA-compliant tool — issues the compliant invoice. At Par works on top of it: reviewing, reconciling and closing your books so the numbers you report line up with the numbers you cleared.
