In one line

At Par keeps your Qatar company's books closed and reconciled, prepares your corporate-tax return for the Dhareeba portal (or the QFC portal for QFC entities), gets your books ready for e-invoicing, and answers your finance questions — with a qualified accountant (ACCA) accountable. At Par prepares; you authorize and file. It never moves your money.

Who prepares your Qatar corporate tax return?

Corporate income tax is 10% on the foreign-owned share of profit, filed through the GTA's Dhareeba portal. Even wholly Qatari or GCC-owned companies are exempt but must still file, and every entity needs a GTA tax card.

At Par closes your books and prepares the return and the audit-ready financials behind it. You — or your accredited auditor or tax agent — file through Dhareeba (QFC entities file through the QFC's own tax portal). At Par prepares; you authorize.

E-invoicing is coming to Qatar — we get your books ready.

Qatar has approved a national e-invoicing programme (draft law approved May 2026), with go-live expected around 1 January 2027 on a clearance model similar to Saudi Arabia's.

At Par keeps your books, your tax-registration details and your invoice data clean and structured, so you are clearance-ready when the mandate arrives. VAT is not yet in force in Qatar; we keep your records ready to switch on if a 5% VAT is introduced.

QFC or a free zone? IFRS-in-English books, kept right.

QFC and free-zone entities keep IFRS financial statements in English, file within six months of year-end, and must register even if dormant.

At Par keeps your IFRS books closed and reconciled and hands a clean, evidenced file to your auditor — the cleanest fit for the 100%-foreign-owned, export-services company. Organised for auditor review.

On QuickBooks, Xero or Tally? At Par reviews and closes over it.

You don't switch systems. At Par connects to the books you already keep, reviews them, reconciles the exceptions and closes each month — so month-end is correct, not a question mark.

That's the gap most owners feel: the software moves the data, but nobody stands behind the result. At Par does — checked twice, an ACCA accountable.

Questions

Asked by Qatar businesses.

Does At Par file my Qatar corporate tax return? +

No. At Par closes your books and prepares the return and the audit-ready financials behind it. You — or your accredited auditor or tax agent — file through the Dhareeba portal (QFC entities file through the QFC's own tax portal). At Par never moves money, and it does not submit filings on your behalf.

Do you do audit? +

No. Statutory audit in Qatar is reserved to accredited auditors. At Par keeps your books audit-ready and hands a clean, evidenced file to your auditor. We do not provide audit or assurance services.

Is At Par an e-invoicing provider? +

No. When Qatar's e-invoicing mandate goes live, your invoicing system issues the compliant invoice. At Par keeps your books and data clean so you are clearance-ready and your reporting reconciles.

What does At Par cost in Qatar? +

Plans are Books (from QAR 1,900/mo), Books + Tax (QAR 3,900/mo) and Full (custom, for QFC, multiple entities or CFO-level work) — priced against the hire, not the software, and sized to your volume. Every plan starts with a 30-day paid pilot.
