At Par · Saudi Arabia
How do I clean up behind or messy Saudi books before the ZATCA penalty waiver closes?
Behind on filings, or working from records that never quite reconcile? At Par closes your back-year books so you can file clean and clear qualifying historic fines while ZATCA's waiver window is open through 31 December 2026.
An ACCA is accountable. The finance team you don't hire.
At Par reconstructs and reconciles your back-year books so you can file every outstanding return and clear qualifying historic fines under ZATCA's penalty waiver, which runs 1 July through 31 December 2026. A qualified accountant (ACCA) is accountable. At Par prepares; you authorize and file.
What this means for your books.
What does ZATCA's penalty waiver cover, and what does it exclude?
It waives qualifying historic fines once you register, file every outstanding return and pay the full principal tax due.
The waiver covers fines for late registration, late payment, late filing, VAT-return corrections and VAT field-control violations, including e-invoicing field-control. It does not cover tax-evasion penalties, fines under Article 45 of the VAT Law, fines already paid, or any return that becomes due after 30 June 2026. Installment plans are available if you apply before the window closes.

Is my current VAT return covered by the waiver?
No. The waiver clears fines on historic returns only; anything due after 30 June 2026 is excluded.
A missed current-period return, such as a VAT return due 31 July 2026, falls outside the waiver. That is why the cleanup and your live cycle run side by side: we close the back years so they qualify, and we keep the current filings on time so no new fine forms. You authorize and file each return.

How does At Par clean up years of behind or messy books?
We reconstruct each period from your records, reconcile every account, then hand you clean books and ready returns to file.
We rebuild the ledger period by period, match bank and invoice records, and resolve the gaps that hold up a filing. Your own invoicing system, such as QuickBooks, Xero, Wafeq, Qoyod or Zoho, issues the compliant invoices; At Par is not a Fatoora provider. We review, reconcile and close the books on top, and a qualified accountant (ACCA) signs off the result, so your books are audit-ready for your accredited auditor. At Par prepares; you authorize and file. It never moves your money.
How long do I have, and what does the waiver require?
The window closes 31 December 2026, and the qualifying work must be complete inside it, so start well before then.
To benefit you must be registered with ZATCA, have filed every outstanding return, and have paid the full principal tax due, with installment plans available if you apply before the window closes. A catch-up runs in weeks, not months, and a 30-day paid pilot lets you see a period closed before you commit.

Asked by Saudi businesses.
Do you provide audit or assurance? +
No. At Par is not an auditor, and we do not provide audit or assurance services. We close and reconcile your books so they are audit-ready, which can reduce audit risk, and we work alongside your accredited auditor.
Does At Par file my returns or move my money? +
No. At Par prepares your returns and payment instructions; you authorize and file, and you make the payment. It never moves your money. A qualified accountant (ACCA) is accountable for the work.
What does it cost? +
Books start at SAR 1,900 per month, and Books plus Tax at SAR 3,900 per month; a full custom scope is priced against what an in-house hire would cost. Every engagement starts with a 30-day paid pilot, so you see a period closed before you commit.
Can you clear old fines if I have several years unfiled? +
Yes, that is the core of a cleanup. We reconstruct and reconcile each back year, then prepare every outstanding return so you can file and clear qualifying historic fines under ZATCA's waiver before 31 December 2026. Tax-evasion penalties and fines already paid are not covered.
