At Par · UAE
Bookkeeping and accounting services in the UAE — an ACCA accountable, not just software.
For founders and owners in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and across the UAE who need their books kept current, VAT reconciled and Corporate Tax ready, and month-end closed — without hiring a finance team. The accountant and the accounting system in one.
From AED 1,900 a month. A fraction of one in-house hire.
At Par is an outsourced bookkeeping and accounting service for businesses operating in the UAE. We keep your books current through the month, reconcile them to your VAT and Corporate Tax position, close every period on a date, and hand you management accounts and a receivables position you can act on — with a qualified accountant (ACCA) accountable for the work. You authorize everything that moves money and everything that gets filed; we never do either.
The work, not just the software.
What does an outsourced bookkeeping service in the UAE actually do?
It keeps your books current every day, not just at year-end — and closes them on a date every month.
Bank and card transactions are matched as they land, sales invoices and supplier bills are recorded when they happen, receipts are attached while someone still remembers what they were for, and the month is closed on a fixed date with a written list of anything still open and why. At Par serves businesses across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the rest of the UAE, working on whatever system you already use — QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho or Tally.
Do you handle Corporate Tax as well as day-to-day bookkeeping?
Yes — VAT reconciliation and Corporate Tax preparation are both part of the standard service, not an add-on.
Your VAT return is reconciled to the books it's supposed to match, not filed from a separate spreadsheet. Corporate Tax computations are prepared from the same closed books, including Small Business Relief eligibility where it applies. At Par prepares; you or your authorized tax agent file through the FTA's official channels. If you need the specifics on your e-invoicing timeline, see e-invoicing readiness; if you need your VAT return checked against your books, see VAT return review.
Do you also chase overdue invoices and handle payroll?
Receivables follow-up and payroll processing are both part of a full engagement.
Overdue invoices get a next action and an owner, not just an ageing number — see receivables & invoice follow-up for the full detail. Payroll is processed, agreed to the bank, and reflected correctly in the books the same month it runs. Where you need deeper monthly management reporting rather than just close bookkeeping, that's the CFO reporting tier below.
Who is accountable for the books, and what does At Par never do?
A qualified accountant (ACCA) is accountable for every set of books At Par closes.
At Par prepares; you authorize and file. It never moves your money. We reconcile, close, and hand you ready filings and a payment run prepared for your release — but the payment, the filing submission, and every commercial decision stay with you. We do not provide audit or assurance services; clean, reconciled books reduce audit risk with your own accredited auditor.
One document in. Recorded, with its evidence.
Read, checked twice, recorded.
It balances · evidence attached · append-only. At Par records it — you still authorize the payment.
At Par prepares. Two checks agree. You authorize.
Two checks must agree before anything is recorded. Evidence on every figure. Append-only records. A qualified accountant (ACCA) is accountable. You authorize everything that moves money — At Par never moves it. At Par prepares your filings; you or your authorised tax agent submit them through the official channel.
Priced against the hire, not the software.
A qualified accountant in the UAE typically costs AED 10,000–20,000 a month. At Par is a fraction of that — the accountant and the accounting system in one, an ACCA accountable.

Asked by UAE businesses.
Do you serve businesses outside Dubai, like Abu Dhabi or Sharjah? +
Yes. At Par is a remote-first service, so we work with businesses anywhere in the UAE the same way — same pricing, same ACCA accountability, same monthly close. Location doesn't change the service.
Can you work with the accounting software we already use? +
Yes. We work with QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho and Tally, and can advise if you're choosing one for the first time. At Par is not an e-invoicing solution provider — your own system stays the one that issues each compliant invoice; we review, reconcile and close the books on top of it.
Do you audit my company? +
No. We do not provide audit or assurance services, and we are not your auditor. At Par keeps your books audit-ready and reconciled so your accredited auditor works from clean, complete records — which reduces audit risk. A qualified accountant (ACCA) is accountable for the books we close.
Does At Par file my returns or move my money? +
At Par prepares; you authorize and file. It never moves your money. We prepare your VAT return, Corporate Tax computation and supporting books, reconcile them to your cleared invoices, and hand them to you ready to submit. Filing and any payment stay in your hands.
What does it cost, and how fast can we start? +
Books start at AED 1,900 per month. Books plus tax is AED 3,900 per month. Full, custom scope is priced to your business. Every plan starts with a 30-day paid pilot — book a call and, once scoped, most businesses start within the same or following week.
