At Par · UAE
Accounts receivable & invoice follow-up in the UAE — every invoice gets a next action.
For businesses in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and across the UAE whose cash is stuck in receivables they don't have time to chase. An ageing report tells you how old an invoice is; At Par tells you what happens next — with a qualified accountant (ACCA) accountable.
Included from AED 1,900 a month. Not a separate collections fee.
Every overdue invoice gets a next action and an owner, not just a number on an ageing report — follow-up sent, promised-payment dates tracked, payments matched to the exact invoices they settle. At Par is a finance-operations service, not a collection agency — no legal debt recovery, no unilateral concessions or write-offs, and counterparty messages stay within limits you set.
The follow-up, not just the ageing report.
What does receivables follow-up in the UAE actually involve?
Every overdue invoice is tracked to a next action — a message sent, a promised date recorded, or a query flagged — not left to age silently.
Invoices are matched to payments as they land, so it's always clear what's actually still owed. Overdue invoices get a follow-up cadence and a written next action with a date. Where a customer promises a payment date, that promise is recorded and checked. At Par serves businesses across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the rest of the UAE, working on whatever system you already invoice from — QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho or Tally.
Is this a collection agency service?
No. At Par does not provide legal debt recovery — this is a finance-operations service.
At Par does not provide legal debt recovery. It is a finance-operations service, not a collection agency. Where an account has genuinely moved past ordinary commercial follow-up, that stays a decision for you and, where relevant, a suitably qualified professional. No unilateral concessions or write-offs are ever made on your behalf, and counterparty messages remain subject to limits you set.
How is this different from just chasing invoices myself?
Consistency — every invoice follows the same disciplined cadence, whether it's a slow week or a busy one.
Follow-up doesn't stop because the founder is in a client meeting or on a flight. Every invoice carries a state, an owner and a next action with a date, visible in one place rather than scattered across email threads. This sits alongside the core bookkeeping service — see the full bookkeeping & accounting service for what else is included.
Who is accountable for the receivables position, and what does At Par never do?
A qualified accountant (ACCA) is accountable for the receivables position At Par reports.
At Par prepares and follows up; it never moves your money and never makes a commercial concession without you. Payment matching, ageing, and follow-up records are reconciled and evidence-backed — every figure traceable to its source. One overdue invoice. A next action, not just a number.
Followed up, promise recorded, matched on payment.
Next action recorded · evidence attached · append-only. At Par follows up — you decide on any concession.
At Par follows up. You decide. Nothing conceded without you.
Every overdue invoice carries a state, an owner and a next action. Evidence on every figure. Append-only records. A qualified accountant (ACCA) is accountable. No legal debt recovery, no unilateral concessions or write-offs, and no guarantee of faster payment — At Par cannot promise what a customer will do, only that nothing sits unactioned.
Included in the core service, not billed separately.
A qualified accountant in the UAE typically costs AED 10,000–20,000 a month. At Par is a fraction of that — bookkeeping and receivables follow-up together, an ACCA accountable.

Asked by UAE businesses.
Do you guarantee faster payment? +
No. At Par cannot control what a customer chooses to do, and does not promise faster payment or a specific collection rate. What it does guarantee is that no overdue invoice sits without a next action, an owner and a date.
Will you make concessions or write off invoices without asking me? +
No, never. Any concession, discount, payment plan or write-off is a commercial decision that stays with you. At Par surfaces the fact, the amount and the reason — the decision is always yours.
Do you serve businesses outside Dubai, like Abu Dhabi or Sharjah? +
Yes. At Par is a remote-first service, so we work with businesses anywhere in the UAE the same way — same pricing, same ACCA accountability. Location doesn't change the service.
Is receivables follow-up a separate cost? +
No — it's included from the Books plan at AED 1,900 per month, with active follow-up included from Books + Tax at AED 3,900 per month. It isn't billed as a separate collections fee.
What does At Par actually send to my customers? +
Follow-up messages stay within limits you set, in tone and frequency you approve in advance. Nothing is sent that you haven't agreed to as a standard follow-up communication.
